  • Audio Visual Department
    • Shall ensure that all necessary messages/programmes within and outside the Church auditorium are recorded and documented.
    • Shall ensure that all messages are properly arranged, duplicated for sale and kept in good order for other purposes.
    • Shall in conjunction with the Technical services department handle the recording editing and distribution of the WORD AND YOU telecast and the More than Conqueror radio broadcast.
    • Shall make inputs into the audio and video club of the Word Processing Business Centre.
    • Shall be responsible for the processing, editing and transferring of all audiotapes to CD products.
    • Shall in concert with the audio technical department and Publicity produce all jingles for audio and television placements both for the church her arms and for individuals who pay for such services.
    • Shall be responsible for recording, editing, marketing and distributing all GAWO feed well audio and video tapes in Nigeria
    • Shall undertake all commercial external audio and video recordings editing received either directly or through the Word Processing Business Centre provided this does not obstruct their other responsibilities in the local church
    • Shall install, oversee and maintain the Church’s’ overhead transparency display and video projection. Shall in concert with the audio technical department be responsible for the chapel’s intercom connections and systems.
    • Shall undertake all external video recordings received either directly or through the Word Processing Business Centre provided this does not obstruct their other responsibilities in the local church
    • Shall be responsible for arranging all video viewing sessions in the church by any of the departments or units. The same goes for any of the units of the ministry.
    • Shall undertake locally the purchase and repairs of all video recording editing and related hard and software.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Children Department
    • Shall be responsible for the Children's' church and thus conduct services for the Children during every programme in the Chapel.
    • Shall undertake special training and special outreaches for children in the local church.
    • Shall represent the church in special programmes for Children outside the Church as approved by the Senior Minister in Charge.
    • Shall nominate children's workers for training with the appropriate ministries when necessary.
    • Shall be responsible for all children programmes outside the church.
    • Shall act as a service arm to the children Ministry arm of the ministry.
    • Shall handle all cases about chapel children that come to the attention of the church such as organising birthdays.
    • Shall be responsible for the establishment of Children Bible Clubs by their teachers as outreach programmes to children.
    • Shall be responsible for planning and execution of the annual Children's' week programme of the local church.
    • Shall be responsible for supporting the Co-ordinator of the annual Children continental camp of the ministry.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Helps Department
    • Shall receive the SMIC, his guests and all Ministers to all regular and special functions of the church at all times.
    • Shall usher in invited special guests and ministers to the seats provided for them.
    • Shall wait on the above stated category of people before, during and after all services until the individual they are waiting on states that their services are no longer required for that day.
    • Shall prepare the ministers seats before their arrival by providing for, cleaning and arranging the seats in an easily accessible way.

    • Shall be responsible for keeping all ministers office, the furniture and waiting rooms clean and presentable.

    • Shall according to the schedule given them visit ministers at home and provide domestic support in relevant areas according to the need of each minister on at least weekly basis.
    • Shall where they can drive provide chauffeur services to both domestic and visiting ministers and guests of honour both within our city and to other parts of the country.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the welfare department in the distribution of the thanksgiving provisions for those for whom they are meant.
    • Shall serve as advance parties for the church and ministers to places to which they will afterwards come to for one programmes or another.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the security and logistics department to provide security for all ministers both within and outside the church.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC.
  • Counselling Department
    • Shall counsel all those who make decisions (in all the Chapel's services and programmes) either to give their lives to Christ or and to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
    • Shall ensure that all converts they counsel are established by following them home after the Service and ensuring that they return to church for the next Scheduled service.
    • Shall maintain a proper record of their counsellee and the progress made so far in every case.
    • Shall see to the restoration of backsliders to Christ by looking out for those they counsel whom they no longer see in services.
    • Shall keep adequate records of new converts for every Service and programme to facilitate follow up.
    • Shall recruit and train believers who are at least ONE year old in the Lord in the act of counselling- They have a discipleship role to produce counsellor.
    • Shall join the deliverance team for all-night deliverance ministrations and at the weekly Clinic. Shall represent the church at all general programmes outside the church where counsellors are required such as City crusades etc.
    • Shall make inputs into and be fully involved in the New Believers classes and the foundation and Membership Classes as a way of following up new converts and further counsel
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Deliverance Department
    • They shall minister deliverance to members and outsiders in areas of their spiritual physical and emotional needs. Such could be at home in the church or other designated approved places
    • They shall handle the Church All-night deliverance services in conjunction with their Minister in charge and the leading Minister.
    • They shall provide opportunities for members of the Chapel to develop themselves in spiritual warfare and as deliverance ministers.
    • They shall handle the weekly deliverance clinic on Fridays
    • They shall minister at all altar calls in conjunction with the Counsellors.
    • They shall be prepared to minister at all Church outreach programmes.
    • They shall keep accurate records of those ministered to for proper follow/up
    • They shall handle all deliverance requests by units or fellowships of the church from time to time.
    • They shall be responsible for mop up operations at all Holy Ghost services and other services like the baptismal services of the local church.
    • They shall monitor and follow up all proven case of deliverances until victory is attained or secured.
    • They shall in tandem with the counselling department represent the church at general outreach programmes such as City Crusades as counsellors from the church.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Drama and Choreography Department
    • They shall minister the word through drama to the Church on befitting occasions.
    • They shall minister through Drama and Choreography during outreach programmes of the local church for the purpose of salvation of the lost and edification of the members of the body of Christ.
    • They shall serve and function as an outreach arm of the Church thus accepting invitations from outside where this does not clash with other church commitments.
    • They shall as occasion demand produce plays/platelets that can be used on any of the electronic media.
    • They shall be responsible for producing media publicity clips for any of the church general or and special programmes.
    • They shall service the other arms of the local church such as the satellite churches and campus churches in any or all of the above stated areas.
    • They shall be the rallying points for all other drama departments of the ministry.
    • They shall be responsible for training the drama department of the children's church.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Evangelism Witnessing and Missions Dept.
    • They shall serves as an outreach arm of the Chapel. In this effort, they shall at least once a week have an evangelistic outreach.
    • Shall be the arrowhead of the Chapels 1st and 3rd Mondays and 2nd and 4th Saturdays street and house to house evangelism. Shall keep the Chapel and her members aware of the next day of this outreach by aggressive publicity and mobilisation.
    • Shall handle all matters in relation to organising programmes for soul winning through personal witnessing, distribution of tracts and prayer walking.
    • They shall as a group carry out evangelism and witnessing to hospitals, prisons remand homes and other designated special places from time to time.
    • They shall distribute on a consistent basis the church's' where should I worship this week leaflets at strategic place such as the post office, the bus stops amusement parks etc. They shall also assist in the distribution of church handbills for programmes.
    • They shall organise special evangelistic efforts to areas where satellite churches are to commence.
    • They shall be responsible for initiating planning organising and executing Church crusades as deemed necessary and practicable.
    • hall in conjunction with the Visitation & Follow-up Department and specialised fellowships of the church, see to the follow up and establishment of souls won at church programmes.
    • Shall keep a detailed personal record of all souls won through the department and update such records till individuals eventually join departments take responsibility for mobilising the church in this area.
    • Shall organise annual Evangelism Lifestyle seminar for the church and keep all departments of the church fully aware of their evangelistic responsibilities by liasing with them from time to time and by consistent follow up in this area.

  • Grounds, Parks and Decorating Department
    • Shall ensure the cleanliness of the Altar rug and backdrop, pulpit Chairs, church premises and it's environment.
    • Shall ensure that the horticultural garden and decorations of the Chapel are alive while the artificial ones are in good order and shape.
    • Shall be responsible for the decorations of the facilities in use at all functions of the church either within or outside the auditorium. Shall look into imaginative ways of improving the decorations of and in the church. This is in tandem with the Pistis creations
    • Shall be responsible for the custody of all hardwares used in keeping the chapel in good shape.
    • Shall ensure that the toilet and associated facilities are kept in good and proper shape at all time not only for the Sunday service only.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the Ushers to see to the cleaning of the auditorium before and after every service.
    • Shall see to it that all banners hanging around within the church premises are in the best of shapes. Where they no longer befit shall see that they are either replaced or removed.
    • Shall handle the removal of all wall posters advertising programmes that have since being done.
    • Shall prevent from being pasted or where already pasted shall cause to be removed all unapproved posters of programmes by other organisation within the immediate premises of the church.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Intercessory Department
    • Shall function as the Chapel's prayer band. They are to intercede on behalf of the Chapel its member's programmes and those of the Ministry as a whole.
    • They shall provide leaders of all prayer sessions in the Chapel programmes both within and outside the chapel for her regular and special events.
    • They shall handle the Friday all-night prayer meetings of the chapel in line with laid down order by the BOM.
    • They shall assist the Deliverance Team during both the All-night deliverance and the Friday Deliverance Clinic events.
    • They shall function as the arrowhead of the Ministries Annual all Rhema Chapel Intercessors congress.
    • They shall plan for and provide an adequate prayer base for all the outreach programme of the church.
    • They Shall handle the prayer sessions of the annual Church declared fasting programmes.
    • They shall co-ordinate the church prayer congresses on public holidays.
    • They shall handle special prayer for individuals and families in their homes or at other designated places from time to time.
    • Shall see to the publication of the Club 60 minutes newsletter to strengthen the prayer base of the church and that of all individuals
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Rhema Mass Choir Department
    • They shall minister to the congregation in songs as required during all Chapel services and programmes.
    • They shall lead praise and worship during regular and special services and programmes of the local church.
    • They shall co-ordinate and handle praise services and musical concerts within and outside the auditorium.
    • They shall provide opportunities for members of the Chapel to develop themselves as singers and instrumentalists.
    • They shall serve and function as an outreach arm of the Church thus accepting invitations from outside where this does not clash with other church commitments
    • They shall help in training the choirs of the satellite churches and that of the children church. vii They shall function in the outreach efforts of the church through ministration in songs and holding of concerts to the end to get souls saved.
    • They shall provide a means for church members to improve their praise and worship life by teaching new songs from time to time.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Publicity and Publications Department
    • Shall serve as the Chapel's image maker.
    • Shall ensure that all programmes are effectively publicised through the printed page and the electronic media. This may include handbills production and distribution, banners hoisting, posters pasting, television, radio, etc.
    • Shall be responsible for conceiving, putting together and for producing radio and television jingles.
    • Shall facilitate the flow of information from the leadership to the church and between departments and fellowships through approved means such as causing such to be publicised on the notice boards and other means.
    • Shall liaise with the Chapel Administrator for information for the PRU notice board and shall refresh articles on the board from time to time.
    • Shall from time to time call a meeting of all PROs of all departments to obtain information about events in the church to be published on the notice board once every month.
    • Shall see to the monthly production of the Blessed People Newsletter which must come out on the first Sunday of a every new month.
    • Shall see to the covering and reporting of all church events in writing. Shall also see to the covering of all church events both within and outside the auditorium with still life camera.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the church printer to see to the production of our weekly church bulletin, stickers and tracts etc.
    • Shall see to the proper covering of church events by journalist and media houses.
    • Shall make inputs into the chapels publicity strategy from time to time.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Temple Ushers Department
    • You must believe that God wants you to serve in the area of ushering in order to be truly effective. Shall cheerfully usher people to their seats at all services.
    • Shall welcome, greet, shake hands with , and usher people to their seats at all services.
    • Shall take the numerical head count of people and vehicles (census)at all services both within and outside the auditorium.
    • Shall distribute service bulletins, handbills and special handouts on fellowship day(s) or as the needs will arise.
    • Shall ensure and see to the cleaning and proper arrangement of all seats before every service in the auditorium.
    • Shall with the assistance of grounds, parks and decorations department see to the proper cleaning of the auditorium grounds, ceiling and walls as the case may be.
    • Shall assist the welfare department with the distribution and serving of meals, drinks and other things during ceremonies and love feasts of the chapel or of it's members.
    • Shall smartly pass the offering bag / bowls around worshippers for the collection of tithes, offerings, pledges during services and hand-over same immediately after such collection to the Treasury Department for counting.
    • Shall assist the Security and Logistics department in keeping vigil in the church auditorium during all services. Maintain order and orchestrate movement during the service and prayer ministry lines
    • Shall assist in gathering all lost and forgotten items after every service into the Chapel Office for safe keeping and onward transmission to their owners.
    • Shall assist the ministers in and during ministrations by restraining those being ministered to from injuring themselves and others.Also consider yourself a guardian of God’s anointed - the one who prevents needless human interruptions in the form of talkers and rovers
    • Shall assist in the distribution of items as may be required during the service as directed from the pulpit
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Welfare Department
    • Shall be in charge of receiving keeping distributing and keeping adequate records of Samaritan items to needy members.
    • Shall see to the equitable distribution and serving of refreshment substances at and during ceremonies, fasting and love feast with the assistance of the ushers department.
    • Shall function in conjunction with the Deacon in charge of ceremonies (welfare and pastoral care) as members of the welfare committee of all conventions.
    • Shall see to the welfare of church members through receiving of information about them close monitoring of their presence or otherwise at church meetings and visiting those who can not come to church due to one or another reason.
    • Shall minister to bereaved church members during their season of afflictions and beyond till such is no longer necessary.
    • Shall visit and take care of church members on admissions in the hospital and liase with church authorities in this regards.
    • Shall constantly deal with all requests for welfare care in the welfare box which they are to open from time to time.
    • Shall ensure the welfare of all members during services in the church and see to the welfare of members who go for church programmes outside the auditorium.
    • Shall take care of the accommodation feeding and general welfare of the chapels visitors.
    • Shall always have a member on duty every week who shall work with the weeks duty Minister and deacon.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Welcome and Reception Department
    • Shall attend to the first comers in their seats by giving them our welcome slips/pack, where to worship flyers handbills and other details as may be necessary.
    • Shall specifically wait on, interact with specially after the service and escort first comers home after the service so as to obtain detailed information and the particulars of the visitors. The particulars of the welcome officer should be written at the back of the first comers form.
    • Shall be responsible for giving first timer, enquirers and callers on phone the details so required about the church and it's programmes.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the visitation and follow-up unit on the visitation of first comers because they have followed them home on their first visit.
    • Shall keep an adequate record of all first comers and their addresses (Postal and Residential) a duplicate copy of which should be kept at the chapel office.
    • Shall keep a record of first time comers attendance at every service/programmes the progress of which should be made available to the church leadership at quarterly meetings so as to challenge the people more and more along the lines of doing better in this regards.
    • Shall assist the Ushers Department whenever they do not have enough hands to handle the work of receiving people at the gate or door of the church.
    • Shall also along with the Ushers department represent the church at outside general programmes where the Church Ushers are requested foresight deliverance services.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Security and Logistics Department
    • The HOD of this department is the Chief Security Officer of the Church. The Department:
    • Shall see to the safety and security of all human, physical, material, movable and immovable properties of the Chapel.
    • Shall inspect the security company personnel employed to stay at the Chapel the WOVBTI and the house of the SMIC from time to time.
    • Shall physically inspect chapel's facilities from time to time to ascertain that unlawful persons are not removing or tampering with them.
    • Shall work with the Ministries Director of Facilities so as to keep records of all the properties of the Chapel.
    • Shall maintain a high level of security alertness at all chapel programmes both within and outside the chapel auditorium.
    • Shall arrange for obtaining all permits necessary for chapel programmes outside the auditorium. They shall also be responsible for obtaining escorts and other security support on all relevant occasions.
    • Shall have a member on duty weekly who shall visit the Chapel premises daily as scheduled for security checks.
    • Shall see to it that lights, fans, generating set and other equipment placed in the chapel are on and off at appropriate times.
    • Shall in conjunction with the ushers gather all lost items after every service to the Chapel Office.
    • Shall keep abreast of security reports in town and in the news so as to advise leadership on what need to be done security wise at all times.
    • Shall provide special security cover for Church leadership at all functions in conjunction with the helps department both within and outside the church auditorium.
    • Shall function as the traffic direction unit of the church. In this capacity they shall provide security cover also for our children Church at all cross roads
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Audio Technical Services Department
    • Shall make sure that proper provision is made for public address and related equipment at all normal and special programmes of the Church/Ministry both within and outside the main church auditorium.
    • Shall ensure the maintenance and functioning of all electronics and public address gadgets at all meetings of the Church and ministry.
    • Shall see to the proper functioning servicing and maintenance of all electrical set up and appliances of the chapel at all times.
    • Shall see to the proper transportation, safety preservation and proper care of all Chapels equipment/gadgets both within the chapel and both to and from places of use outside the church.
    • Shall be the custodian of all electrical, electronic and related appliances of the chapel that are both in use and not in use.
    • Shall oversee those from outside who are to work or are working on all chapel facilities. They shall liase with individuals and organisations that are contracted to facilitate such works.
    • Shall handle purchases of related facilities equipment within the country and keep an inventory of all such with relevant photocopy of receipts of such.
    • Shall install or caused to be installed all facilities equipment purchased from abroad and shall study the manuals and related information slips of such so as to be able to handle them.
    • Shall provide training opportunities for members of the chapel to develop themselves in handling electronics and electrical facilities.

  • Information Technology Department
    • Shall make sure that proper provision is made for public address and related equipment at all normal and special programmes of the Church/Ministry both within and outside the main church auditorium.
    • Shall ensure the maintenance and functioning of all electronics and public address gadgets at all meetings of the Church and ministry.
    • Shall see to the proper functioning servicing and maintenance of all electrical set up and appliances of the chapel at all times.
    • Shall see to the proper transportation, safety preservation and proper care of all Chapels equipment/gadgets both within the chapel and both to and from places of use outside the church.

  • Transport Department
    • Shall be responsible for the transportation of ministers, guests and church members from the chapel to all convenient and designated centres within the town and outside during church services, for church programmes and after church programmes as approved by the Chapel leadership.
    • Shall ensure regular servicing of and good maintenance of chapel vehicles in road worthy conditions at all times.
    • Shall keep records, and ensure the safe keeping of all moveable and spare parts accessories of chapel vehicles.
    • Shall be the drivers of or supervise the driving of all chapel vehicles at all times.
    • Shall be responsible for the renewal of vehicle particulars and associated documents.
    • Shall provide from among themselves as occasion may demand drivers to help drive members of the church in their personal cars from one or the other place to another for private or church businesses. vii Shall work hand in hand with the security department to provide traffic control facilities at programmes of the church.
    • Shall where church vehicles are released for chapel, departmental and corporate occasion shall be the department/persons to whom such vehicles shall be released to. They shall ensure that such is also returned at and as when due in good condition.
    • Shall be involved as the chapel's eyes and ears in the acquisition of vehicles.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Treasury Department
    • Shall organise for and see to the decent and orderly reception, proper handling, accurate counting and effective handing over to the appropriate quarters of all tithes and offerings at all normal and special services delivered to her by the ushers.
    • Shall stretch out, count, collate and record all incomes in the appropriate manners and books. Shall ensure the normal administrative process and procedures are followed to the final stage.
    • Shall issue tithe Cards to church members, keep the records in them organise and maintain the tithe card box and ledger records and see to it that all general pledges are properly accounted for.
    • Shall clear all discrepancies between their records and those of the chapels' bank lodgement officers as the need may arise.
    • Shall give the information of the offerings at all services to the relevant officers for the service order forms records.
    • Shall see to it that the chapels offering bags/bowls are in good condition and handy at all normal and special services of the chapel.
    • Shall see to it that all the chapels' special offerings boxes located at designated places in the chapel such as the evangelism/missions box and others are safe and secure at all times. They are also to see to it that these boxes are put in the chapel office and brought out at the end and beginning of all services respectively. They are to also ensure that these boxes are periodically emptied and accounted for to the relevant church officers for safe lodgement.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Visitation and Follow-up Department
    • Shall propose, organise, schedule and carry out visitation and follow up both individually and collectively to
      --All individuals living in Ilorin who accept Jesus in our chapel's normal and special services within 72 hours of their decisions.
      --All first-comers to our church living in Ilorin within 72 hours of their first visit to any of the chapel services.
      --All individuals living around, with, by, individuals in both categories above.
      --All enquirers about thing that have to do with our church by phone or letter.
      --All individuals who once or before come to the church but who now are no more coming consistently. Included in this category are former departmental members, cell leaders, cell fellowship hosts, known zealous members etc.
      --All individuals they are instructed to visit or follow-up by leadership as occasion demands.
      --All individuals whose names and addresses are given or suggested to them by church members living near them.
      --All individuals whom they personally know need a visit.
      --Chapel members who need special attention such as the sick, the bereaved etc.
    • Shall keep an adequate record of people visited and advise church leadership on what further is deemed necessary in every case
    • Shall work hand in hand with the counselling department at alter calls of normal and special services so as to follow the new converts up and see to their establishment in the faith.
    • Shall on behalf of the church in association with the welfare department represent and attend external programmes of church members such as marriages, house warming, funerals and other social events taking place in other cities of the country or even beyond.
    • Shall have their members remind departments of the need to visit and follow up members of their departments.
    • Shall have their members interact with worshippers at all church normal and special services with a view of knowing them and thus visiting and ministering to them at home afterwards.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC

    • Shall receive the SMIC and all members of the Board of Ministers to all regular and special functions of the church at all times.

    • Shall work hand in hand with the security and logistics department to provide security for all ministers both within and outside the church.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC
  • Greeters Department
    • You are the anointed, supernaturally equipped door keeper in the house of God. Shall welcome, greet, shake hands with, people as they come into the service. A greeter is God’s public relation personnel and represents the church to every new visitor therefore greet a visitor with warmth as the Pastor would. Warmly welcome them with an outstretched hand and smile.
    • Offer your arm to assist the elderly into their seats. Treat them with respect and be patient with them.
    • Shall assist the Temple Ushers whenever they do not have enough hands.
    • Shall also along with the Temple Ushers represent the church at outside general programmes where the Church Ushers are requested.
    • Shall assist the ministers in and during ministrations by restraining those being ministered to from injuring themselves and others.
    • You are to meet the incoming parents before they enter the sanctuary. and encourage them to take their babies/children to the children church.
    • Shall go around the church after services greeting all unfamiliar faces.
    • Shall go around greeting newcomers to the service when they are being welcomed to their seats by the meeters. Shall also greet decision makers on their way to the counselling room.
    • Shall stand by the ministers as they greet the people on their way out after the service.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the visitation department to follow up first timers.
    • Shall Welcome guest Ministers with garlands and other decorations on special occasions to the church or to programme venues as the case my be

    • Shall during special church seminars, retreats, training and programmes as requested by the leadership register participants and members as they come in.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC.
  • Meeters Department
    • Shall attend to the first comers by picking them from their initial seats and take them to the first comers seats.
    • They also give them the church’s welcome slips/pack, where to worship flyers handbills and other details as may be necessary.
    • Shall specifically wait on, answer questions of, interact with specially after the service and escort first comers home after the service so as to obtain detailed information and the particulars of the visitors. The particulars of the welcome officer should be written at the back of the first comers form.
    • Shall be responsible for giving first timer, enquirers and callers on phone the details so required about the church and it's programmes.
    • Shall assist the ministers in and during ministrations by restraining those being ministered to from injuring themselves and others.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the visitation and follow-up unit on the visitation of first comers because they have followed them home on their first visit.
    • Shall keep an adequate record of all first comers and their addresses (Postal and Residential) a duplicate copy of which should be kept at the chapel office.
    • Shall keep a record of first time comers attendance at every service/programmes the progress of which should be made available to the church leadership at quarterly meetings so as to challenge the people more and more along the lines of doing better in this regards.
    • Shall assist the Temple Ushers whenever they do not have enough hands.
    • Shall also along with the Temple Ushers represent the church at outside general programmes where the Church Ushers are requested for.
    • Shall assist greeters whenever they do not have enough hands during special church seminars, retreats, training and programmes in registering participants and members as they come in.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA and SMIC.
  • Campus Visitation Department
    • Shall propose, organise, schedule and carry out visitation and follow up both individually and collectively to:
      --All individuals living in Campus who accept Jesus in our chapel’s normal and special services within 36 hours of their decisions or 36 hours of their first visit to any of the chapel services after which they are still to be followed up to ensure their attendance to not less than four consecutive Sunday services of the church.
      --All individuals living around, with, by, individuals in both categories above.
      --All enquirers about things that have to do with our church by phone or letter from the campus.
      --All individuals on Campus who once or before come to the church but who now are no more coming consistently. Included in this category are former departmental members, cell leaders, known zealous members etc.
      --All individuals on Campus they are instructed to visit or follow-up by leadership as occasion demands.
      --All individuals on campus whose names and addresses are given or suggested to them by church members living near them or through the suggestion box.
      --All individuals on campus whom they personally know need a visit, Campus members who need special attention such as the sick, the bereaved etc.
    • Shall keep an adequate record of all people on campus visited and advise church leadership on what further is deemed necessary in every case.
    • Shall work hand in hand with the counselling department and campus fellowship at altar calls of normal and special services so as to follow the new converts on Campus up and see to their establishment in the faith.
    • Shall on behalf of the church in association with the welfare department represent and attend external programmes of campus members such as marriages, funerals and other social events taking place in other cities of the country or even beyond.
    • Shall have their members remind the Campus fellowship of the need to visit and follow up their members and be in church.
    • Shall have their members interact with those living on Campus at all church normal and special services with a view of knowing them and thus visiting and ministering to them at the Campus afterwards.
    • Shall perform any other responsibilities as may be delegated by the CA the Campus Ministries and SMIC or their representative.
